What Working with Me Looks Like

What Working With Me Looks Like

Thinking about booking an appointment but unsure what to expect? You’re not alone.

Many people are curious about naturopathic medicine but feel unsure about the process or whether it’s the right fit for them.

If that’s you — this guide is here to walk you through what it actually looks like to work together.

Step 1: Discovery Call (10 min)

This complimentary phone call is an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach to naturopathic medicine and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

We’ll talk about:

  • What you’re currently struggling with

  • What treatments or approaches you’ve already tried (and why you’re now considering a naturopathic approach)

  • What your health, wellness, or beauty goals are moving forward

Please note: This call is for informational purposes only. No diagnosis or treatment will be provided during this visit.

There’s no pressure — just a chance to connect and explore your next step forward.

Step 2: Initial Appointment (60-75 min)

This is where we lay the foundation for your care.

I’ll conduct a full health history and case assessment to explore:

  • Your main health concerns and symptoms

  • Your medical history, medications, supplements, and family background

  • Key aspects of your lifestyle like sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement

  • Your digestion, energy, skin, menstrual cycle, and mood

  • Any previous lab work you’ve done — and which labs I’ll requisition for further insight

We will also establish both your short- and long-term health goals, so that your care plan feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your priorities. While we may begin with some initial treatment or lab recommendations, your full comprehensive, customized treatment plan will be implemented at your second appointment — after all relevant information has been thoroughly assessed.

Step 3: Second Appointment / Lab Review (45 min)

This is where your plan comes to life.

Once your intake and lab results have been thoroughly evaluated, we implement your personalized treatment protocol designed to address the root causes identified. This includes:

  • A comprehensive, customized plan tailored to your unique physiology, clinical presentation, and health goals

  • Evidence-based and targeted supplementation, bio-identical hormone therapy (if indicated), clinical nutrition, and lifestyle modifications

  • Clear clinical benchmarks from your lab data to monitor progress, guide next steps, and refine your care over time

During this visit, I’ll walk you through your lab results in detail — helping you understand what’s happening in your body, how it relates to your symptoms, and why each step of your care plan matters. It’s important to me that you leave feeling informed, empowered, and clear on your path forward.

Ongoing Care Options

Ongoing care is tailored to your evolving needs and is key to sustainable progress. Depending on where you are in your journey, we may use:

  • 30-Minute Follow-Ups: For check-ins, progress tracking, plan adjustments, and addressing new concerns or goals.

  • 45-Minute Follow-Ups (Lab Reviews or In-Depth Updates): When reviewing updated lab data or if more time is needed to reassess your care plan in detail.

  • 60-Minute Naturopathic Follow-Up: For returning patients who haven’t been seen in over a year. We’ll revisit your health status, explore new goals, and rebuild your plan from a refreshed clinical lens.

Final Thought

When your health feels off, you deserve more than symptom management — you deserve a clear, clinically-informed plan tailored to your body and your goals. That’s the kind of care I offer.

If you’re curious about whether this approach is right for you, booking a discovery call is a simple first step toward understanding what’s really going on — and what we can do about it.
